Please be extra careful at road crossing points.

Teams must have only one member on the course at any one time.

Riders need to change over in the ‘transition area’ after passing the timing station, which will be clearly marked. Simply enter the transition area at the end of your lap, hand over the baton to the next rider in your team (who should be waiting in the transition area) and off he/she goes.

If anyone is injured or requires first aid, please advise a marshal who will radio the first aid ambulance team. They will be available during all race times.

Scrunchies / hand over baton

Every team will be given a hand over baton which will need to be handed from the finishing rider to the starting rider in the handover area. Please hand the batons back to the organizer team when the last riders crossed the finish line.
