- Please be extra careful at road crossing points. This is particularly important when crossing the busy road to get to the Rugby Club campground and showers.

- Teams must have only one member on the course at any one time.

- Riders need to change over in the ‘transition area’ after passing the Time-Lapse timing station, which will be clearly marked. Simply enter the area after your lap, touch your team mates arm and off you go. Riders can come and go freely from this area at any time.

- If anyone is injured or requires first aid, please advise a marshal who will radio the first aid ambulance team. They will be available during all race times.

Food will be available from Friday night through to after the final race finishes on Sunday, as will quality coffee, lattes, etc. and pastries.

The bar will open at around 5.00pm on Friday and Saturday night and will stay open until around 11.00pm. There will be a band and a DJ, mixing up some tunes – so make sure you come and join us for some Par---tay time!!

Please leave toilets as you would wish to find them and report any problems to the event organisers.

Commentary:
As in the previous years we have a race commentator. Please give him some background on your team so he can “big you up” and let the event know all about your team, what you are racing for, how you trained, how you are getting on, etc.
After the race there will be a prize giving ceremony in the main marquee.
Above all, have a good time and ride your socks off!!
