Note: Broadway House is taking camping and caravan bookings for the Kona Cheddar Bikefest from June 1st 2009 onwards.

Broadway House is one of the best equipped mountain bike race venue in the country, enabling competitors to really make the most of weekend's racing in style and comfort.

The venue has a reputation for hosting some of the best biking events in Europe. The site was chosen for the 2006 European BMX Championships and is also hosting rounds 2, 4 and 6 of the Race Face Downhill Series. The biking heritage means the facilities have been adapted to be the most cycle friendly possible.

Accommodation and great facilities on site:
All the park facilities are open during the Cheddar Bikefest, including showers, launderette, shop and bar, with hot food and takeaway available throughout the weekend.

The park centre buzzes with atmosphere around the alpine style cabins that contain the various facilities and bar. There's great music, top videos and a unique atmosphere, so you can relax in a unique biking environment created to specifically enhance the spirit of the event.

Accommodation is available within the park grounds either in your own tent, caravan or pro racer RV. ;o) Alternatively, they are holiday homes for hire.

Imagine finishing a tough race on an interesting and challenging course, cleaning off your bike, getting showered and changed and going to the bar. Sound good? Here you'd only need to walk about 300yards from the finish line too!

Kona Cheddar Bikefest ‘Special Offer’:
Camping on the Broadway House Campground for the Cheddar Bikfest 2009 weekend will be £8 per person/per day or £14 for 2 days per person. This is no further charge for the tent. To book the special Cheddar Bikefest camping deal please call the booking line 01934 742610 and book your pitch before between 1st June and 14th August 2009. After the 14th August 2009 the rates will go back to the standard camping ground rate of £14 per person/per day or £25 for 2 days per person. Hire caravans can be rented at the usual Broadway House rates. Parking will be free for campers and competitors. Visitors might be charged a £3 parking fee.
