Bikefest 7-8th June

Welcome to the 13th Ritchey Bristol Bikefest - one of the UKs longest standing mountain bike endurance races. Once again held at the famous all weather fast flowing singletrack course in Ashton Court.

On reaching the most technical segment of the course all competitors will pass under the Red Bull arch to strive to set the fastest time, for the chance to win the coveted Red Jersey!

NEW FOR 2014
We are bringing in a new price structure, with great discounts if you enter via the online entry and we introducing two new categories-the Youngins (14-17yrs-minimum age 14yrs) and the Proper Old Gits (average age 50+).

Entry is open - we encourage you to enter the Bristol Bikefest early, we try not to turn people away but numbers are limited!


Get yourself in shape for the event with E3coach

We have paired up with E3coach ( to offer our participants some event tailored training solutions. E3coach provides coaching plans and training camps for the individual. After in-depth profiling they use of an online interface to build bespoke training plans. After each activity you can log the statistics and provide feedback, the coaches then adapt your plan to suit your circumstances.  (more…)

After a fantastic Ritchey Bristol Bikefest we are taking a small break from all things mountain bike to concentrate on our road sportive – the Bristol Belter. So if you are into some skinny tyre action or or friends and family are then make sure you read on!

Ritchey Bikefest 2014 – report & event video

What a fantastic, emotional, weather challenged, partly cider fuelled fun packed weekend. The 13th Bristol Bikefest sponsored by Ritchey and Heritage Volkswagen had a few weather scares in the days leading up to it but once again event organiser Paul Newman’s weather dance must have done the trick as the vast majority of the weekend was warm and sunny and the perfect backdrop for this year’s event.
